The Website allows users (the “Members”) to reserve a time slot to attend free in-store sales events organized by the Organizer.
Event reservations are free of charge. Purchases, if any, are made exclusively in-store during the event.
2. Event Registration and Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability.
The Organizer reserves the right to approve, refuse, or cancel any reservation.
A reservation grants access to the event but does not guarantee the availability of specific products.
The Organizer may cancel duplicate or excessive reservations made by the same Member.
3. Event Changes or Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify an event at its discretion.
In the event of cancellation, Members will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of reservation.
4. Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Comply with all rules and guidelines established for the event
Conduct themselves respectfully toward staff and other participants
The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any person who fails to comply.
5. Electronic Communications
By providing contact information during registration, Members agree to receive transactional communications related to their reservation.
Promotional emails or SMS messages are sent only with the Member’s express consent, in accordance with applicable laws, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Members may withdraw consent at any time by:
Clicking the unsubscribe link in emails
Replying “STOP” to SMS messages
6. Use of Third-Party Platforms
The Website may use third-party service providers for:
Website hosting
Appointment scheduling
Email marketing
SMS marketing
Advertising and analytics services
The use of such platforms is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
