We sell footwear, outerwear, clothing, and fashion accessories of famous Canadian and International brands.
How often do you restock during the sales?
I saw an item I want in your advertising, but I couldn't find it during the sale. How can I obtain it?
Our Merchandise
We set aside time at the end of each customer cohort (every hour) to clean, reorganize, and restock.
The advertisement gives you an accurate preview of the sales content. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of an item in the exact color and size you desire at the time that you access the sale.
Online Reservations
Is there a big line up? Am I going to wait for hours?
Thanks to our online reservation system, you will choose a time that suits your schedule, and you won’t have to wait in line on the day of the sale.
Yes, reservations are mandatory to access the sale. You can book your spot (free) on our website.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Your ticket is valid for a maximum of 2 adults and accompanying minors.
Can I come accompanied? Can I bring my spouse or my kids? Can I invite a friend?
It is not possible to book multiple time slots in the same day to give a chance to other customers to attend the sale.
Can I book multiple time slots in the same day?
Yes, it is possible to modify or cancel via the confirmation email you have received.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation once it is booked?
Why do I need to arrive 15 minutes before the start of my reserved time slot?
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your reserved time slot to check-in. We are not responsible for late arrivals, and no additional shopping time will be granted.
Can I bring my backpack in the sale?
Backpacks, grocery bags, suitcases, gym bags, and other large bags are not allowed in the sale. We will check your bags at the entrance. Please note that we are not responsible for any personal items lost or left behind.
Rules of Sale
Can I bring beverages or food in the sale?
Beverages and food are prohibited, except for water, to keep the shopping area clean for all customers.
Respect
Any inappropriate behavior such as insults, threats, incivility or acts of violence of any nature whatsoever will be punished by immediate expulsion from the sale.
What is your return & exchange policy?
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are possible. Customers are responsible for inspecting the visual aspect of their purchased products and ensuring that no items are missing before leaving the store. No claims will be accepted.
Order and cleanliness
It is strictly prohibited to throw items on the floor. Please return items to their designated locations.
Fitting Rooms
Specific areas are designated for trying on items, it is prohibited to try on items outside of these designated areas.

Are you open all the time like a regular store?
We are open during our sales events only. Venteprive.ca members are the firsts to know via sms and email when the dates of upcoming sales are posted on our website and registration is open.

We accept debit, credit, and cash.
